Refund policy

All membership purchases at The Private Office NYC are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any membership fees, whether for partial months, unused time, or cancellations.

Members may cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in the billing cycle.
